Location: Platinum Signature Suites – Suite #22 Timing Matters: Please arrive on time. A 15-minute grace period is allowed, but late arrivals may require rescheduling to maintain the quality of our service. Deposits: All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to reserve your time. This deposit will be applied toward the total service cost.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Should you need to reschedule or cancel we require notice at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Without proper notice you will be required to pay a fee. Less than 24 hours - 50% of the scheduled service. No call no show- 100% of the scheduled service. We understand things happen last minute, and can assure you that we will be sympathetic in certain circumstances. Refunds will not be offered. However, if you have any concerns please contact me within one week of your service and we will be more than happy to make any adjustments needed. Thank you!
