The head spa is not equipped for blow drying. After that, we may not be able to provide the service, as it will set us behind for the rest of the day. All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure the date and time. The deposit will be applied to the total cost of the service.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Should you need to reschedule or cancel we require notice at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Without proper notice you will be required to pay a fee. Less than 24 hours - 50% of the scheduled service. No call no show- 100% of the scheduled service. We understand things happen last minute, and can assure you that we will be sympathetic in certain circumstances. Refunds will not be offered. However, if you have any concerns please contact me within one week of your service and we will be more than happy to make any adjustments needed. Thank you!
